Frequently asked questions

How tall can my fence be?+

It depends on your city and whether it is a front, side or rear yard. We check the local ordinance before we quote.

Vinyl or cedar?+

Vinyl needs almost no maintenance and holds its color. Cedar looks warmer and costs less initially but needs staining to last. Both are good fences when installed correctly.

Will you handle my HOA approval?+

We provide the drawings, material specs and layout your architectural committee needs so you can submit.

How do you handle a sloped yard?+

Either racking the panels to follow the grade or stepping them, depending on the material and the look you want.

Do you remove my old fence?+

Yes. Removal, disposal and cleanup are included in the quote unless you want to keep the material.
