Once you approve the estimate, we set a start window and keep you updated as materials are ordered and the date approaches. You'll always know what's happening next and when.
Permits, handled the right way
On larger projects — decks, patios, remodels, egress windows — we take care of the permit process start to finish. On fence projects, the homeowner pulls the permit; we provide the layout, specs, and drawings you need to make it easy.
A clean, communicative build
During construction we keep the jobsite tidy, respect your property and neighbors, and check in regularly. Questions get answered the same day, not at the end of the job.
Final walkthrough & warranty
We walk the finished project with you, take care of any punch-list items, and back the work with a 5-year labor warranty. If something isn't right, we come back and make it right.
A note on fence permits
Fence permits are quick and inexpensive for homeowners to pull in most municipalities, so on fence projects we ask you to obtain the permit — at least for now. We make it simple: you'll get the fence layout, heights, and material specs your city or county asks for, and we're happy to answer questions if the permit office has any. On everything else — decks, patios, remodels, egress windows — permitting is on us.
